Tye-Jeanna Richardson is the CEO and Founder of Custom Sweepers. Being in a predominately, male driven industry, she took on the challenges in the world of parking lot sweeping. 

Tye-Jeanna is no stranger in the sweeping industry. Providing sweeping services through out Metro-Atlanta, Central Florida, and Southern Tennessee, she has been coined the detailed sweeping queen of the south. She has been serving the south-east since 2007 and Custom Sweepers has no signs of slowing down.

A women of pure passion, integrity, and perseverance, she is fully dedicated to providing her clients with the utmost quality services in the Metro-Atlanta area. She credits her success to utilization of technology in the services aspect of sweeping and believes that applying technology, along with an amazing supervisory staff, are the direct impact of her company's success. She quotes "There has been a lack of accountability in this industry on the part of sweeper companies in Metro-Atlanta, and what makes us different is that I am making all my employees more accountable and that makes us more efficient as a company. By bringing the sweeping industry into the digital age, I believe, it will force companies to be honest in there business practices, which is what we fully intend to do at Custom Sweepers".
